PriyoShop widens rural supply chain with expansion in Jamalpur
PriyoShop, Bangladesh's leading B2B marketplace and fintech solution provider, has launched four new hubs in Jamalpur district, marking a significant step in its mission to strengthen MSME supply chains across the country.
With the addition of hubs in Jamalpur city, Shorishabari, Islampur, and Madarganj, PriyoShop now operates 33 hubs nationwide, covering 1,308 routes and serving over 151,000 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
The new hubs will enhance connectivity and ensure faster delivery for local retailers, providing access to products from more than 280 local and global brands. By eliminating the need for retailers to travel long distances to wholesale markets, PriyoShop helps reduce time and operational costs for small businesses.
"Our expansion into Jamalpur reflects our commitment to reaching every corner of Bangladesh," said Shahidullah All Mahmod, Executive Director of PriyoShop. "With 33 hubs now operational nationwide, we are delivering opportunities. Retailers in Shorishabari, Islampur, and nearby areas can now access the same quality brands and business support once available only in major cities."
The expansion is expected to generate employment and boost local trade by strengthening the retail ecosystem. Through its platform, PriyoShop offers MSMEs collateral-free credit facilities, instant delivery, competitive pricing, and easy restocking.
PriyoShop's technology-driven supply chain model connects brands and retailers on a single platform, improving inventory management, reducing logistics costs, and increasing profitability for small business owners.
The company said the initiative aligns with its broader vision of building an inclusive digital economy where MSMEs in rural and semi-urban areas have equal access to growth and financial empowerment.
