Peoples Insurance elects new director
People's Insurance Company Ltd. has appointed Nuved Mizan Iqbal to its board of directors, the insurer said in a statement following its 444th board meeting.
Iqbal earned a Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning and Entrepreneurship from Purdue University in the USA. He is currently the managing partner of Oxygen Sports Zone, overseeing corporate finance and marketing at PHP NOF Continuous Galvanising Mills Ltd. and PHP Integrated Steel Mills Ltd.
The board expressed confidence that Iqbal's international training and multi-sector experience will "add meaningful value for shareholders" as the company pursues its growth strategy.
