Paramount Textile holds 19th AGM, approves 12pc cash dividend
Paramount Textile PLC held its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 20 December, 2025 through a digital platform.
The meeting was chaired by Anita Haque Shangita. A large number of shareholders attended the AGM and approved a 12 percent cash dividend for the year ended 30 June, 2025.
Managing Director Shakhawat Hossain, along with other directors, was present at the meeting.
