Palli Sanchay Bank holds 12-day training for officials
Palli Sanchay Bank launched a 12-day foundational training for officials and employees on Thursday (28 August) at its head office in Dhaka.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Dr Anwarullah Chowdhury, former Vice-Chancellor of Dhaka University and Ambassador, as the chief guest, with Chairman Md. Abdul Khaleque and Director Nurul Alam Talukder as special guests. It was conducted by Salma Banu, managing director of Palli Sanchay Bank. The deputy managing director, general managers, and other senior officials were also present.
The training aims to enhance the banking knowledge and professional skills of the bank's human resources. By strengthening staff capacity, Palli Sanchay Bank expects participants to deliver quality services more efficiently, support clients with improved solutions, and contribute to achieving the bank's mission of poverty alleviation and economic advancement.
