NRBC Bank wraps up 10-day foundation training for officials

NRBC Bank has successfully completed a ten-day Foundation Training Course designed to enhance professional skills and service standards across its network.
The closing ceremony was held on Thursday, 4 September 2025, at the Bank's Training Institute, with Dr M Touhidul Alam Khan, Managing Director & CEO of NRBC Bank, attending as the Chief Guest. He distributed certificates among the participants. Harunur Rashid, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer; Hafiz Imroz Mahmud, Head of Human Resources; and Md Abdullah-Al-Wadud, Training Institute Coordinator, were also present.
In his remarks, Dr Khan stressed the importance of structured training in developing skilled human resources. He noted that training is essential to achieve service excellence, ensure compliance with regulations, and strengthen operational stability.
A total of 42 officials from branches, sub-branches, and head office divisions participated in the program. On the final day, the top three trainees received special recognition.
The training covered key areas including general banking operations, compliance, customer service, credit management, anti-money laundering, risk management, and digital banking systems.
