NRBC Bank stresses integrity and discipline at MTO orientation

NRBC Bank PLC has hosted a day-long orientation for 107 newly recruited Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) at its head office in the capital.

Chairman Md Ali Hossain Prodhania inaugurated the session as chief guest. Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Dr Md Touhidul Alam Khan, FCMA, attended, while Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer Mohammad Abdul Qaium Khan presided over the programme. Senior bank officials and division heads were also present.

Addressing the participants, Chairman Prodhania underscored the importance of integrity, discipline and continuous learning in professional life. He urged the new officers to establish a strong foundation in banking operations and uphold ethical standards in their duties.

Managing Director and CEO Dr Touhidul Alam Khan, FCMA, emphasised the new officers' responsibility to maintain the bank's operational standards and deliver quality customer service. He advised them to focus on practical knowledge, accountability and consistent performance to contribute to the bank's future growth.
