NRBC Bank Holds Town Hall Meeting in Rajshahi
NRBC Bank PLC hosted a Town Hall Meeting in Rajshahi on Saturday, 26 July 2025.
The event took place at a local hotel. Mr Md Ali Hossain Pradhania, Chairman of NRBC Bank, attended as the chief guest. Dr Md Touhidul Alam Khan, the bank's Managing Director and CEO, presided over the session.
The event was attended by Deputy Managing Director and CFO Mr. Harunur Rashid and Head of the Rajshahi Zone, Ashim Kumar. All branch managers, area in-charges, sub-branch in-charges, and other bank officials were also present.

The meeting covered topics like the bank's operations, business targets, and corporate governance. Other subjects included compliance, customer service, expanding technology-based services, financial inclusion for marginalised communities, and employee training.
Chief Guest Mr Md Ali Hossain Pradhania spoke about good governance in banking. He urged strict regulatory adherence. He highlighted loan quality, loan recovery, and the need to mobilise no-interest and low-interest deposits.
Dr Md Touhidul Alam Khan, CEO of NRBC Bank, shared the bank's vision. He said, "Our goal is to provide the best banking services to our customers. This region is home to numerous micro, small, and medium-sized entrepreneurs. Through our branches and sub-branches, we aim to offer comprehensive support to the MSME sector for its growth and development."
