NRBC Bank holds 204th board meeting at head office
NRBC Bank PLC held its 204th meeting of the Board of Directors on Wednesday, 18 June 2025, at the bank's head office in Dhaka.
The meeting was presided over by Md Ali Hossain Prodhania, Chairman of the Board.
The meeting was attended by Independent Directors Md Abul Bashar and Md Anwar Hossain, Md Nurul Haque, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, and Muhammad Emdad Ullah, FCA, Chairman of the Audit Committee. Also present were Dr Md Touhidul Alam Khan, Managing Director and CEO of NRBC Bank, and Mohammad Ahsan Habib, Company Secretary.
