NOVOAIR wins EBL Excellence in Business Award 2025
NOVOAIR has been awarded the Excellence in Business–2025 at the Digital Excellence Award ceremony organised by Eastern Bank PLC (EBL), recognising the airline's digital excellence and commitment to service quality.
The award ceremony was held on Sunday at a convention centre in Dhaka. Sohail Majid, Director (Marketing and Sales) of NOVOAIR, received the award from Ali Reza Iftekhar, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Eastern Bank PLC.
Speaking on the occasion, Sohail Majid said the recognition would further inspire NOVOAIR to strengthen its focus on modern technology and digital innovation to enhance passenger services. He added that the airline remains committed to improving service quality and customer satisfaction across its operations.
