MTB signs mou with credence housing to offer faster home loans
Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) and Credence Housing Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 23 September 2025 at MTB's Corporate Head Office in Dhaka.
Under the agreement, clients of Credence Housing Limited will be able to access home loans from MTB at preferential interest rates with faster processing facilities, making home ownership more convenient and accessible.
Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of MTB, and Zillul Karim, Managing Director of Credence Housing Limited, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.

The signing ceremony was attended by Md Shafquat Hossain, Deputy Managing Director & Head of Retail Banking Division of MTB, and S A Asgar Mohiuddin, Director Finance of Credence Housing Limited, along with senior officials from both organisations.
