MTB Launches QR-Based Customer Feedback Solution
Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) has launched a QR-based customer feedback solution to enhance service quality and strengthen employee accountability across its branches.
The system, jointly developed by the Service Quality Department and the Digital Banking Division, allows customers to share real-time, employee-specific feedback by scanning a unique QR code assigned to each staff member.
The launching ceremony was inaugurated by Syed Mahbubur Rahman, managing director and CEO of Mutual Trust Bank PLC. Also present were Chowdhury Akhtar Asif, additional managing director and GCRO; Md Bakhteyer Hossain, deputy managing director and COO; Md Shamsul Islam, deputy managing director and group head of treasury; Usman Rashed Muyeen, deputy managing director and head of credit risk management; and Rais Uddin Ahmad, deputy managing director, CAMLCO and company secretary, along with other senior officials.
MTB said the initiative reflects its commitment to service excellence, innovation and customer-centred banking, reinforcing its promise of trust and superior customer experience.
