MTB hosts its first branch banking conference

Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) held its first Branch Banking Conference at BRAC CDM, Savar, Dhaka. Under the theme "Together, We Can," the event brought the Bank's leadership and key stakeholders together to align on strategies and focus on future growth.

MTB's Managing Director and CEO, Syed Mahbubur Rahman, inaugurated the event. Senior management participants included Additional Managing Directors Chowdhury Akhtar Asif and Md. Khalid Mahmood Khan, Deputy Managing Directors Goutam Prosad Das and Rais Uddin Ahmad, Md. Bakhteyer Hossain, Md. Shamsul Islam, Usman Rashed Muyeen, and Md. Shafquat Hossain. The conference also celebrated a single-month deposit growth of BDT 1,400Cr in August.

Abdul Mannan, the Head of BBD, Regional Heads, Branch Managers, Sub-Branch In-charges, and Heads of various departments from the Corporate Head Office (CHO) were also present.

The conference included strategic sessions focused on the Bank's future growth and overcoming economic challenges. The MD and CEO emphasized the importance of unity and collaboration, stating that the theme, "Together, We Can," reflects MTB's commitment to collective success.
