MTB foundation distributes bicycles to female students in Barishal
To mark the International Day of Education 2026, the MTB Foundation observed this year's theme, 'The Power of Youth in Co-Creating Education', by distributing free bicycles among underprivileged and meritorious female students from different schools in Mathbaria, Barishal, under its Swapno Sarathi (The Dream Chariot) programme.

The programme reflects MTB Foundation's commitment to supporting the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
The ceremony was attended by Samia Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer of MTB Foundation; Nazmus Sakib, Associate of MTB Foundation; Mohammad Farid Hossain, Branch Manager of MTB Barishal Branch; and Md Abu Hanif, Sub-Branch Manager of MTB Mathbaria Sub-Branch.
