Modhumoti Bank holds 13th annual general meeting
At its 13th annual general meeting on Thursday, Modhumoti Bank PLC discussed its future strategy, service expansion, and measures to improve the quality of customer service.
Salahuddin Alamgir, chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting at Sheraton Dhaka on Thursday, according to a press release.
Mohammad Ismail Hossain, vice-chairman; Mostafa Kamal, chairman of the Executive Committee; A Mannan Khan, chairman of the Risk Management Committee; other directors, and shareholders attended the meeting.

Md Shafiul Azam, managing director; Md Rezaul Karim, company secretary; the bank's external auditor; and other senior officials were also present.
At the meeting, participants shared views on the bank's future direction, and its plans and strategic priorities were presented.
