Meghna Bank PLC holds 196th board meeting
The 196th Board of Directors meeting of Meghna Bank PLC was held on 30 July 2025 at the Head Office. Uzma Chowdhury, the respected Chairperson, presided.
Independent Directors present included Mr Mamunul Hoque, Mr Rajab Ali, Mr M Nazrul Islam, Mr Habibur Rahman, and Mr Ali Akther Rezvi FCA.
Initially, Meghna Bank Securities Ltd handed the 2024 dividend warrant to the Honorable Chairperson.
