Marcel launches digital campaign season-22 with Tk 10 lakh offer

Marcel, one of the country's leading electronics brands, has launched 'Digital Campaign Season-22', offering customers the chance to win up to Tk 10 lakh upon purchasing selected products.

Under this campaign, buyers of Marcel refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, and ceiling fans from any outlet across the country can win cashback up to Tk 10 lakh, cash vouchers worth lakhs of taka, and sure gifts. The campaign started on February 20, 2025, and will continue until Eid-ul-Azha.

Marcel officials announced the campaign at an inaugural event held at the company's corporate office on February 19, 2025. The event was attended by Marcel's brand ambassador, popular film actor Amin Khan, along with Marcel's Head of Business Matiur Rahman, Marcel Distributor Network's North Zone In-Charge Qudrat E Khuda, and South Zone In-Charge Nurul Islam Rubel.

Marcel has been conducting digital campaigns nationwide to provide swift and efficient after-sales service through online automation. Customers purchasing Marcel products will be registered digitally, and they may receive cashback or a guaranteed gift via SMS from the Marcel Headquarters. The respective showroom will hand over the awarded cashback or gift.

Additionally, the digital registration system stores customer details, including name, mobile number, and product model number, on Marcel's server. This ensures hassle-free after-sales service, even if customers misplace their warranty card. The initiative also enables service center representatives to track customer feedback efficiently.
