Mamunur Rashid promoted to secretary, retained at ICT Division
The government on Tuesday promoted Md Mamunur Rashid Bhuiyan to secretary and appointed him to the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division.
The Ministry of Public Administration said in a notification that the promotion, made in the public interest, would take immediate effect.
He had been serving as additional secretary and acting secretary of the ICT Division.
