M. A Zaher Chowdhury appointed CEO of Meghna Insurance
Meghna Insurance Company Limited has appointed M. A Zaher Chowdhury as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), following the formal approval of the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA).
Mr. Chowdhury had been serving as Acting CEO since the company's 166th Board of Directors meeting. With over three decades of experience in the non-life insurance sector, he has worked with several reputed insurance companies across the country.
Before this appointment, he served as Additional Managing Director at Meghna Insurance for 12 years, contributing significantly to the company's strategic growth and operational progress.
