Le Méridien Dhaka launches 'Cristiano’s Italian Brunch'

Le Méridien Dhaka has introduced a new themed brunch experience, Cristiano's Italian Brunch, curated by native Italian Chef Cristiano Marrosu. The culinary offering is a heartfelt tribute to the chef's Italian roots and gastronomic expertise.

The launch event, held amid an elegant ambience, was graced by His Excellency Mr Antonio Alessandro and attended by esteemed guests, media representatives, and lifestyle influencers. Attendees were invited to savour the rich aromas of Italy while soaking in the refined setting.

Cristiano's Italian Brunch takes guests on a delightful culinary journey across the diverse regions of Italy, featuring dishes such as Pesce alla Palermitana (Palermo-style fish), Risotto ai frutti di mare (Seafood Risotto), Straccetti alla veneziana (Venetian-style beef strips), Pollo alla Romana (Roman-style chicken stew), and Parmigiana di Melanzane (Eggplant Parmigiana), among others—each inspired by traditional recipes from Milan, Rome, Venice, and Sicily.

"We are thrilled to bring our guests a slice of Italy right here in Dhaka, where tradition meets innovation in every dish," said Constantinos S. Gavriel, General Manager of Le Méridien Dhaka. "Chef Cristiano, who has been with us for nearly two years, leads our fine-dining Italian restaurant, Favola. His exceptional culinary skills and passion for authentic Italian cuisine have inspired this new brunch concept at our signature buffet restaurant, Latest Recipe."

The brunch promises a relaxed yet refined experience for all guests, featuring a vibrant risotto section, live cooking stations, a dedicated pasta corner, artisanal pizzas, and a wide array of indulgent desserts.

Priced at BDT 6,999 net per person, the brunch also offers Buy-1-Get-1 and Buy-1-Get-2 offers on select bank cards. A special family package is available at BDT 9,900 net for four guests. Reservations (Call: +8801766673443, +8801966660090) are required to experience this culinary homage to Italy.
