JCI Bangladesh’s bonding and beyond 2.0: A unique training initiative

JCI Bangladesh's Bonding and Beyond 2.0 has successfully concluded as a highly praised and impactful training program, creating an engaging atmosphere marked by enthusiastic participation and strong networking.
The day-long event brought together 496 registered participants, making it a vibrant and memorable experience. Attendees included JCI's National Board members, leaders from local chapters, and distinguished guests, whose active participation further enriched the event.
Former JCI National Presidents, Mr. Nazrul Islam and Mr. Amzad Hossain, delivered inspiring speeches, sharing insights from their experiences and motivating the audience to cultivate future leadership.
During his dedicated session, the 2025 National President, Kazi Fahad, emphasised this year's theme, "Rise Up," symbolising the power and potential of youth leadership.
Renowned corporate coaches Mr. Ferdous Bappi and Mr. Abdullah Taher conducted the main training sessions. They led hands-on workshops focused on leadership, teamwork, and personal development, aiming to positively impact their participants' professional and personal lives.
A special moment of the event was celebrating JCI's 110th anniversary, a testament to the organisation's proud legacy and future commitment. Participants united under the "Rise" theme, fostering a sense of camaraderie and optimism.
