Janata Bank hosts workshop on credit-based money laundering
Janata Bank PLC organised a day-long workshop on "Credit-Based Money Laundering" at its Staff College in Dhaka on Saturday.
The workshop was inaugurated by Md Mozibur Rahman, Managing Director of the bank. A total of 50 executives from various branches and departments took part in the session.
Also present at the inaugural session were the bank's CAMLCO, Deputy CAMLCO, Staff College In-charge, and other senior executives and faculty members.

The training focused on identifying the risks associated with credit-based money laundering, exploring preventive strategies, and strengthening understanding of international compliance standards.
