Janata Bank announces 100-day special action plan

Md Mojibur Rahman, Managing Director of Janata Bank, has announced a 100-day unique action plan from 20 February to 30 May 2025.
The plan aims to ensure significant progress across all business indicators and achieve the bank's targets.
Through this initiative, the Managing Director expressed his commitment to positioning Janata Bank as a stronger institution by boosting deposit growth and recovering non-performing loans, among other key performance indicators.
Addressing officials and employees at a virtual conference on Thursday, 20 February, he directed them to work diligently to make the programme successful.
The Managing Director stated that successfully implementing this plan would invigorate the bank's operations and enhance its dynamism. He also announced that executives and officers who achieve 100 per cent of their targets would be rewarded.
The inauguration ceremony of the unique action plan took place at the bank's head office boardroom. It was attended by Deputy Managing Directors Golam Mortuza, Md Fayez Alam, and Md Nurul Alam FCMA, FCA (CFO), along with General Managers and other senior executives. All divisional offices, area offices, and branch heads joined the event online.
