Jamuna Bank banani branch hosts ‘meet the customers 2026’
Jamuna Bank PLC's Banani Branch organised a customer engagement programme titled "Meet the Customers 2026" on 8 January 2026 at Gulshan Club, aiming to strengthen relationships through open dialogue and mutual understanding.
The event created a platform for interaction where customers shared insights, expectations and suggestions, reaffirming the bank's commitment to customer-centric banking.
Kanutosh Majumder, director of Jamuna Bank; Robin Razon Sakhawat, former chairman; Shakhawat Abu Khayer Mohammad, former chairman and director; and M Murshidul Haq Khan, independent director, attended the programme.

Among the customers present were Showkat Aziz Russel, director of United Commercial Bank PLC and current president of the Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA); Rezaul Hossain, managing director of Goldstar Group; Mohsin Ali, executive director of Wave Foundation; and Saikat Kumar Das, country head of Bajaj Bangladesh, among others.
Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed, managing director and CEO of Jamuna Bank; Md Abdus Salam, additional managing director; deputy managing directors; senior head office officials; and leading branch managers were also present.
The programme was conducted by Md Abul Hasan Mia, manager of the Banani Branch. Jamuna Bank expressed appreciation to customers for their trust and continued partnership, and reaffirmed its commitment to grow through collaboration and dialogue.
