The evening began with a beautiful recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by a heartfelt welcome note and speeches by the former and new club presidents. The program continued with a farewell to the outgoing committee and the announcement of the new committee. Prof. Md Asad ullah-al-Hussain presented the committee members with crests, certificates, and flowers as tokens of appreciation for their efforts and contributions. In great pride and excitement, the newly elected committee members, including its President Abdullah Al Masum and General Secretary Md Omar Faruk, were introduced for the Spring and Fall 2025 tenures.

The joyful evening concluded with a warm vote of thanks by Syeda Bhumika Mahmud, Senior Lecturer and Club Moderator, who expressed gratitude to all the guests, students, and well-wishers.
