IFIC Bank hosts managers’ meet in Sylhet

IFIC Bank, the most extensive banking network in the country, organised a business conference titled "Managers' Meet" in Sylhet.

The event took place on Sunday, 22 June 2025, at a conference hall in Sylhet city.

The Honourable Chairman of IFIC Bank, Mr. Md. Mehmood Hossain, graced the event as the Chief Guest. In his address, Mr Hossain expressed his appreciation for the commendable performance of the bank's employees and emphasised the importance of aligning banking operations with evolving customer needs.

The programme was presided over by the bank's Managing Director, Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa, who congratulated the branch managers and staff for their continued success. He expressed his optimism that the momentum of achievements would persist throughout the year.

The event commenced with an opening speech by the Deputy Managing Director & Chief of Branch Business, Mr Rafiqul Islam. Speeches were also delivered by the Head of Operations, Mr Helal Ahmed, and the Chief Financial Officer, Mr Dilip Kumar Mandal, who provided a detailed overview of various business strategies.

The conference concluded with an engaging Q and A session between the bank's senior management and officials, marking the end of a productive and insightful gathering.
