IFIC Bank awards top transactor of cross-border campaign
IFIC Bank PLC has awarded the top transactor of its Cross-Border Campaign (August–September 2025), jointly organised with Visa.
The award was presented at a ceremony held on Sunday, 21 December, at IFIC Bank's head office. The winner of the campaign, Shahriar Ahmed, Managing Director of Islam Garments Limited, received a Tk100,000 gift voucher.
The prize was handed over by Syed Mansur Mustafa, Managing Director of IFIC Bank, and Sabbir Ahmed, Country Manager of Visa for Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan.

Deputy managing directors of IFIC Bank and senior officials from both organisations were also present at the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Syed Mansur Mustafa congratulated the winner and said the bank plans to continue such initiatives to encourage customers to use digital and cross-border payment solutions.
The award recipient also shared his experience and thanked IFIC Bank for the services provided through its dual currency cards.
