IFIC backs digital skills in remote areas with new school donation

IFIC Bank has donated computers and books to Holy Family School, Mymensingh as part of its nationwide "Stand Beside Women on Tech Advancement" initiative to equip female students with digital skills.
Representing IFIC Bank were Khandaker Anwar Ehtesham, Head of Branding, Communications and Corporate Affairs; Fariha Haider, Head of Centralised Retail Marketing; Aman Ullah Khan, Manager, Mymensingh Branch; and officials from the head office. From Holy Family School, Sister Shanti Gomes, Head Teacher, and Ashish Kumar Chakrabarty, Senior Mathematics Teacher, attended alongside other teachers and students.
Launched in 2024, the campaign supports digital education and technological empowerment of students—particularly in remote areas—with a special focus on encouraging women's participation in technology.
Similar donations have already been made to institutions across the Chattogram, Barishal, Khulna and Sylhet divisions.
