Hope For Children holds inclusive football festival
Hope For Children organised a Football Festival 2026 on 28 June to share the excitement of the World Cup football tournament with its students, including children with special needs.
Students took part in different activities, including a goalpost shooting challenge and a flag identification game.
They also dressed in jerseys and colours of their favourite football teams, including Argentina, Brazil, Spain and Germany, turning the school into a celebration of global football.
Hope For Children said the festival was designed to ensure that all children could participate together, regardless of their abilities.
Children with and without special needs played, celebrated and took part in activities together throughout the day.
The organisation said the event reflected its commitment to inclusive education and creating a caring environment where every child feels valued.
The festival also aimed to support children's social, emotional and physical development through sports and group activities.
Hope For Children said such activities help children build confidence, make friends, learn teamwork and experience joy in a safe environment.
The event was managed by Roksana Rahman Tithy, Managing Director of Hope For Children, along with her team.
The organisers said the Football Festival 2026 showed how inclusive activities can help children learn, grow and celebrate together.
