Guardian Life honours 18 top performers at annual sales conference
Guardian Life Insurance Limited recognised 18 outstanding performers at its Annual Sales Conference 2026 in Cox's Bazar.
Held under the theme "Odommo Guardian", the conference brought together more than 900 sales leaders and financial advisers from across Bangladesh, according to a press release.
The event celebrated the sales force's achievements and sought to strengthen cooperation within the company's sales network.
In a video message, Guardian Co-Founder and Sponsor Tapan Chowdhury credited the company's progress to the efforts, dedication and sacrifices of its sales professionals.
"Today, we have been able to extend insurance protection to more than 13.2 million people, and this is an achievement we can all take pride in," he said.
Guardian Sponsor Director Syed Nasim Manzur said the company had earned trust through its employees' honesty, professionalism and hard work.
"As Odommo Guardian, our shared goal is to bring every family in Bangladesh under the protection of insurance. We can move closer to that goal by facing every challenge together with integrity, commitment and determination," he said.
Guardian Life Chief Executive Officer Sheikh Rakibul Karim, FCA, said the commitment, discipline and dedication of the company's employees had driven its progress and helped it fulfil its promises to customers.
"This occasion allows us to recognise their invaluable contributions and celebrate the people behind our success," he said.
Guardian Chief Retail Business Officer Mahmudur Rahman Khan said the retail business depended on the relationships employees built with customers.
"By staying close to their needs and earning their trust, we can take insurance protection to more families across the country," he added.
The conference also featured performance reviews and strategic planning workshops, where participants assessed recent progress and discussed the company's priorities for the year ahead.
