GreenBiz Fair held under Hult Prize at ULAB
Mentors' Study Abroad, in association with Swan Group, organised the GreenBiz Fair as part of the Hult Prize at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) 2025–26 season, aiming to promote environmentally friendly entrepreneurship among students.
Conceived as a sustainability-focused marketplace, the GreenBiz Fair offered a platform for students to transform environmentally conscious ideas into market-ready products. In addition to student initiatives, several established brands participated, presenting practical examples of viable green business models.
The fair featured 22 stalls, operated by young changemakers and established brands, showcasing a wide range of sustainable products and ideas. According to organisers, the event acted as a bridge between creativity and conscious consumerism, encouraging students to explore the commercial viability of sustainable business practices.
During the fair, students gained hands-on business experience, including pricing, marketing, customer engagement and brand storytelling, reflecting real-world entrepreneurial challenges and opportunities.
The initiative aligns with the Hult Prize's mission to inspire young people to establish ventures that generate long-term social and environmental impact.
The GreenBiz Fair is one of the signature events of the ongoing Hult Prize journey at ULAB, reinforcing its focus on innovation, sustainability and leadership development among university students. Organisers said the initiative demonstrates ULAB's commitment to nurturing a generation of socially responsible and impact-driven leaders.
