FICCI recognises Robi for Excellence in DEI
Robi Axiata PLC has been recognised for its contribution to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for its maternity support programme "Bloom".
The company received the award in the "Excellence in DEI" category at the Sustainability and Innovation Award 2025, organised by the Foreign Investors' Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
NBR Chairman Md Abdur Rahman Khan FCMA presented the award to Robi's chief people officer, Muhammad Shoaib Baig.

FICCI Vice-President Yasir Azman, board member Manabu Sugawara, and executive director TIM Nurul Kabir were also present.
Robi's general manager of strategic communications, Niaz Mohammad Siddiqui, also attended the event.
Launched on 1 October, 2024, Bloom aims to redefine maternity support in corporate Bangladesh. It goes beyond traditional policies by blending empathy, operational continuity, and career development into one framework.
The initiative reflects Robi's commitment to DEI — ensuring that motherhood supports, rather than stalls, professional growth.
