Exim Bank holds workshop on recovery measures for stuck investments

Exim Bank recently organised a workshop on "Legal and Non-legal Measures for Recovery of Sticky, Stuck-up and Suit-filed Investment" at the bank's Training and Research Academy.
Managing Director (current charge) Abdul Aziz Zumma inaugurated the workshop as the chief guest, while Executive Vice President and Principal of the academy Kanu Lal Karmaker presided over the session. Investment in-charges from various branches attended the programme.
Throughout the day-long workshop, speakers such as Professor Mohiuddin Siddique of the Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM), Barrister Md Mahfuzur Rahman Milon, Advocate Sajal Chandra Deb of the Bangladesh Supreme Court, and senior executives from Exim Bank discussed legal frameworks, practical approaches, and strategies for effective recovery of stuck and suit-filed investments.
