Emirates opens new hospitality excellence centre in Dubai

Emirates has inaugurated a new world-class training facility in Dubai, designed to deliver a luxurious hospitality learning experience to nearly 25,000 cabin crew.
The USD 8 million Emirates Centre of Hospitality Excellence will provide immersive, Michelin star–inspired service training, reinforcing Emirates' global reputation for premium inflight hospitality.
The 51,000 sq ft facility features a restaurant and lounge accommodating up to 170 guests, elegant presentation kitchens, and eight technology-enabled classrooms. More than 10,000 Emirates cabin crew will complete training in the new centre by the end of this year.
The centre offers advanced modules on fine dining protocols, premium guest engagement, and table service finesse, modelled on global five-star hospitality standards.
In 2020, Emirates partnered with the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland—one of the world's top hospitality management schools—to establish its elevated hospitality strategy. The programme, built on four pillars of excellence, attentiveness, innovation, and passion, continues to define the Emirates in-flight experience.
Trainees will also take part in bespoke culinary sessions led by Emirates master chefs and enjoy immersive fine dining experiences featuring gourmet four-course meals curated in-house.
The new centre complements Emirates' existing suite of state-of-the-art training facilities for cabin crew, reflecting its commitment to continuous professional development.
Currently, Emirates employs around 25,000 cabin crew from over 140 nationalities, collectively speaking more than 70 languages. The airline continues to actively recruit cabin crew from across the globe to support its growing network and evolving standards of service excellence.
