Edison Real Estate signs MOU with CSCEC7 for tech-driven partnership
Edison Real Estate Limited, one of the fastest-growing real estate brands in Bangladesh, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Seventh Division) to establish a long-term partnership centred on technological collaboration in real estate development.
The agreement, signed on 20 November at Edison Group's corporate headquarters in Tejgaon, will allow the integration of advanced Chinese construction technologies into Edison's forthcoming projects. The partnership encompasses short-term technical support and knowledge-sharing over the next three years, in addition to long-term cooperation in financing and construction excellence.
Aminur Rashid, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Edison Real Estate, and Su Yan, Managing Director of CSCEC7 South Asia Branch, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations. Senior officials from both sides attended the ceremony.
Representatives from Edison Real Estate included Directors Ahmed Pasha, S M Shahedul Karim Munna and Md Saiful Islam; Head of Marketing Mohammed Taiabur Rahman; Head of PMO, QC and Costing, Md Ridwanur Rahman; and Assistant General Manager of Construction Operations, Kazi Samrat.
Attendees from CSCEC7 included Dong Yanliang, Engineer Md Sanaul Haque, Md Rafeul Islam and Md Abdul Al Amin Khan.
The partnership is expected to enhance construction quality, expedite project delivery timelines, and introduce advanced building practices that could transform Bangladesh's real estate sector.
