Edison Power, AKS Hithium sign MoU on battery energy storage systems
Edison Power Bangladesh Limited and AKS Hithium, a concern of AKS Khan Energy Ltd., have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to introduce battery energy storage systems in Bangladesh.
AKS Hithium extended the invitation.
According to a press release, the collaboration will focus on smart, scalable and reliable battery energy storage systems (BESS) for commercial and industrial applications.

Edison Group Managing Director Jakaria Shahid, AKS Holding Managing Director Samanzar S Kahn, AKS Hithium Chairman Andrew Smith and AKS Hithium Chief Business Manager Mobydur Rahaman attended the signing ceremony.
Officials from both organisations were also present.
