Dutch-Bangla Bank holds strategic conclave for Barishal region
Dutch-Bangla Bank held a strategic conclave in Barishal to formulate branch business strategies and strengthen customer service, the bank said in a press release.
The event took place in a hybrid format at a local hotel in Barishal on 2 October, with Managing Director and CEO Md Ahteshamul Haque Khan attending as the chief guest, according to the press release. Branch managers from the Barishal region were also invited.
Speaking at the programme, Ahteshamul said the bank had adopted various strategies to become a trusted financial solutions partner for its customers.

He outlined several priorities, including developing a customer care mindset to improve service quality, and urged participants to contribute more effectively to the bank's strategic objectives and strengthen its position in the banking industry.
Branch managers from the Barishal region presented their respective strategies and assured management of their commitment to achieving business targets through quality customer service.
The senior management team shared observations and offered guidance on improving customer service and meeting business targets.
Officials from branches and sub-branches, regional heads of Rocket and agent banking, and supervisors of alternative delivery channels also participated online.
