DBH Finance PLC appoints new chairman
The Board of DBH Finance PLC has unanimously elected Mr Syed Moinuddin Ahmed as Chairman at its 158th board meeting.
Mr Ahmed has been a director of DBH since September 2019, nominated by Green Delta Insurance PLC, and was appointed Vice Chairman in May 2024. He brings over 25 years of experience in banking and finance and currently serves as Additional Managing Director of Green Delta Insurance.
A graduate of the University of Dhaka with an MBA in Finance, Mr Ahmed is widely regarded for his strategic insight and leadership. Under his chairmanship, DBH Finance aims to expand its footprint in green and affordable housing finance, aligning with national development priorities.
