Concord adds to dhanmondi skyline with new flagship project

With the groundbreaking of its latest residential project in Dhanmondi, Concord Group continues to expand its legacy of premium urban living. Mirza Mansion, located on Road 11A in central Dhanmondi, promises to set a new benchmark in convenience, comfort and design in one of Dhaka's most sought-after neighbourhoods.

Built on a spacious plot with a 50-foot-wide road frontage, Mirza Mansion will offer residents optimal accessibility and seamless day-to-day connectivity. The building's thoughtful layout features two high-capacity lifts, spacious apartment sizes, and intelligent spatial planning designed to enhance the quality of life for modern families.

At ground level, residents will be welcomed by a grand reception lounge, an indoor game room, and an elevated patio deck. A community space on the first floor offers opportunities for social engagement, while the rooftop is designed as a wellness retreat, complete with a swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, poolside deck, and landscaped green zones.

"Mirza Mansion reflects Concord's continued focus on design that goes beyond aesthetics. We're integrating comfort, wellness, and lifestyle in every corner—from the basement to the rooftop," said a spokesperson from Concord.

The building will also feature 24/7 surveillance, fire safety systems, and whole generator and substation support, reinforcing Concord's reputation for prioritising structural integrity and resident safety.

The project's central location ensures easy access to top educational institutions, hospitals, restaurants, groceries, and the scenic Dhanmondi Lake, making it a complete lifestyle address.

As construction commences, Mirza Mansion is poised to become more than just a residence—it is a future landmark, echoing Concord's vision of building not just homes, but better living experience.
