Community Bank holds 80th board meeting
Community Bank Bangladesh PLC held its 80th board meeting at Police Headquarters on Monday (21 September).
The meeting was chaired by Inspector General of Police, Bangladesh and Community Bank Bangladesh PLC Chairman Md Ali Hossain Fakir, with the board taking decisions on investment proposals and various policy matters of the bank, according to the press release.
AKM Awlad Hossain, additional IG (Admin) of Bangladesh Police; Md Akram Hossain, BPM (Sheba), additional IG (Finance) of Bangladesh Police; Khondoker Rafiqul Islam, BPM, PPM, additional IG (Crime and Ops) of Bangladesh Police; Sarder Nurul Amin, BPM (Sheba), additional IG of Bangladesh Police; Md Ahsan Habib Palash, BPM (Sheba), DG of SRB; and Md Kamrul Ahsan, additional IG of Bangladesh Police, attended the meeting.

Also present were Md Zulfikar Ali Haidar, DIG of Barishal Range, Bangladesh Police; Md Atiqur Rahman, BPM, DIG (Finance) of Bangladesh Police; Mohammad Sharif Uddin, additional DIG of Bangladesh Police; Ahmad Muyeed, BPM (Sheba), additional DIG of Bangladesh Police Kallyan Trust; Khandaker Shamima Yesmin, additional DIG (Repair and Maintenance) of Bangladesh Police; and Kamrul Hasan Talukdar, inspector of Bangladesh Police.
Independent directors Dr Md Morshed Hasan Khan, Syed Rafiqul Haq and Mohammed Tofazzul Hussain FCA were also present.
Community Bank Bangladesh PLC Managing Director Mohammed Emtiaz Uddin and Company Secretary Saiful Alam FCS also attended the meeting.
