Community Bank charts 2026 priorities at annual conference
Community Bank Bangladesh PLC organised its Annual Business Conference 2026 at the BURO Institute of Innovation and Development (BIID) in Tangail, bringing together senior management, functional heads, branch managers, and relationship managers to set the bank's strategic direction for the year.
The conference was held under the theme 'Align, Accelerate, Achieve'.
The programme was led by Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (current charge), who highlighted the bank's performance in 2025, citing progress across key financial indicators, driven by disciplined execution and growing customer confidence.
In his keynote address, Saddat stressed the importance of sustaining momentum through stronger execution, responsible risk management, enhanced customer experience, and greater accountability across business verticals. He urged leaders to focus on quality portfolio growth, faster turnaround times, and deeper market engagement to strengthen the bank's competitive position.
During the conference, participants reviewed the bank's 2025 performance, discussed the 2026 budget, and jointly set strategic priorities for the year, reinforcing a culture of accountability and performance-driven execution.
