City Bank Introduces The City Bank American Express Platinum Reserve Credit Card

City Bank announced the launch of the City Bank American Express Platinum Reserve Credit Card, Bangladesh's first American Express metal card.

This invitation-only card offers personalised service, international travel support, savings, and rewarding benefits tailored to customers' evolving needs.

The launching ceremony of the City Bank American Express Platinum Reserve Credit Card was held at a local Hotel in Dhaka. Aziz Al Kaiser, Chairman of City Bank; Mashrur Arefin, Managing Director and CEO of City Bank; Md. Mahbubur Rahman, AMD & CFO; Arup Haider, DMD and Head of Retail Banking; Tauhidul Alam, Head of Cards; and other senior officials of City Bank were present at the event.

Under this product, card members receive rewards tailored to their lifestyles. They receive an exclusive BDT 20,000 welcome gift voucher and a 2-year complimentary Tablet Plus membership, unlocking exclusive benefits at boutique luxury hotels and international brands.

Cardmembers will also receive a complimentary Priority Pass membership with unlimited access to over 1,700 Priority Pass airport lounges around the world, along with two guests. They can also enhance their airport experience with a 10% discount on Fastrack VIP Meet and Greet services. Other benefits include complimentary enrolment into the SIXT Rent a Car loyalty program with priority service at the counters, discounts, complimentary upgrades when available, and many more.

Members will also receive a dedicated Relationship Manager to support their account. Cardmembers can utilise the real-time auto-debit feature, which supports seamless transactions, and earn up to 10 times Membership Rewards® points at select merchants. Points can be redeemed to pay annual fees and outstanding bills or even shop and dine at renowned outlets.

The card offers exclusive dining experiences, curated experiences at restaurants across multiple countries, and an exquisite Buy 1 Get two complimentary buffet at Bangladesh's top five-star hotels.
