BUP hosts international model united nations conference 2025

Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) successfully hosted the "BUP International Model United Nations Conference 2025 (BUPIMUN 2025)" from 28–30 August, with the closing ceremony held at the Shadhinota Auditorium on 30 August.

Organised by the Faculty of Security and Strategic Studies (FSSS) and the BUP Global Affairs Council, the three-day conference aimed to foster stronger ties among students from different universities through experiential learning in diplomacy.

This year's edition brought together 274 participants from various universities. The programme featured 17 sessions, including two plenary sessions and multiple committee meetings simulating the operations of the United Nations.

Through these activities, students honed their leadership skills, negotiation capabilities, and global awareness while engaging in debates on international issues.

BUP senior officials, faculty members, invited guests, and participants attended the event, which concluded with a call to strengthen collaboration and understanding among the next generation of leaders.
