BUFT marks 14th founding anniversary with doa and iftar mahfil
BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) marked its 14th founding anniversary with a doa and iftar mahfil at its multipurpose hall on 4 March 2026.
The programme brought together guests, faculty members, and staff for prayers during Ramadan. The event also included a cake-cutting ceremony led by Faruque Hassan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of BUFT, alongside Muzaffar U Siddique, Founder Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
Prof Dr Engr Ayub Nabi Khan, Vice-Chancellor (Designate), attended the programme along with the Acting Pro Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Deans, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and staff, the university stated.

A special prayer was offered for the university's prosperity, the country's welfare, and global peace. The programme concluded with a communal iftar, aimed at strengthening unity among attendees.
