BUFT celebrates spring festival with joy
The Department of Apparel Manufacturing and Technology (AMT) at BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT) hosted a lively Spring Festival on campus on February 18, 2025, celebrating the arrival of spring with vibrant festivities.
Professor Dr Engineer inaugurated the daylong Spring Festival 2025. Ayub Nabi Khan, Acting Vice Chancellor of BUFT, and Professor Dr Engineer Mohammed Rubaiyat Chowdhury, Dean of the Faculty of Apparel Studies; Mr. Mohammad Imtiaj, Director of the Department of Public Relations; faculty members; officers; and students.
The festival featured vibrant stall decorations, Alpona, an energetic flash mob, cultural performances, and interactive activities, creating a lively and festive ambience. The esteemed guest's speech emphasised the importance of cultural celebrations in fostering unity and inclusivity.
