BUFT admission fair begins for fall semester

BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT) commenced its five-day Fall Semester 2024 Admission Fair on 8 September 2024.

At the university's permanent campus in Turag, the fair is open daily from 10 AM to 4 PM. The event was inaugurated by Mr Muzaffar U. Siddique, Founder Chairman of BUFT, and Mr Abdullah Hil Rakib, Member of BUFT's Board of Trustees, Sr Vice President, BGMEA and Managing Director of TEAM Group. The inauguration was attended by the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Prof Dr Engr. Ayub Nabi Khan, along with the Treasurer, Registrar, Deans, Department Heads, faculty members, officers, and students. During the fair, applicants can take advantage of a 50% waiver on admission fees and merit-based scholarships of up to 75% on tuition and receive unique gifts for immediate enrollment. BUFT will offer 15 programs, 3 certificate courses, and 1 diploma course under 7 faculties for the upcoming Fall Semester at both bachelor's and master's levels. Students attending the fair can also receive career guidance from experienced faculty and career counsellors.
