Brac Bank wins six awards at visa leadership conclave 2025
BRAC Bank has set a new benchmark by winning a record six awards at the Visa Leadership Conclave 2025, marking a significant achievement in the country's digital payments landscape.
The accolades recognise the bank's excellence across card issuance, acquiring, and value-added service categories.

With these six honours, BRAC Bank emerged as the most awarded institution at this year's conclave, underscoring its leadership in innovation, cross-border transaction capabilities, and digital financial solutions.
The Visa Leadership Conclave 2025, held at the Sheraton Dhaka on August 4, celebrated the contributions of banks, mobile financial service providers, and merchants to the advancement of Bangladesh's digital payments ecosystem.
The event was attended by Dr. Ahsan H. Mansur, Governor of the Bangladesh Bank; Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Managing Director and CEO (acting charge) of BRAC Bank; and Md. Mahiul Islam, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail Banking at BRAC Bank.
Also present were Sandeep Ghosh, Group Country Manager for India and South Asia, Visa; Sabbir Ahmed, Country Manager for Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan; and Ramakrishnan Gopalan, Head of Product for India and South Asia.
