BRAC bank partners with bti for exclusive home loan offer
BRAC Bank PLC has partnered with Building Technology & Ideas Ltd. (bti), a top real estate developer in Bangladesh, to offer exclusive home loan facilities to its customers.
Under the agreement, BRAC Bank will offer its customers preferential home loan options and up to Tk 25 lakh worth of free interior support on selected bti projects. This collaboration demonstrates the bank's commitment to enhancing customer experience by providing tailored housing finance solutions and value-added interior services.
Md. Mahiul Islam, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail Banking at BRAC Bank, and F.R. Khan, Managing Director of bti, signed the agreement at the bank's head office in Dhaka on August 25, 2025.

Also present were Sheikh Mohammad Ashfaque, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Branch Distribution Network at BRAC Bank, and Mashrur Hasan Mim, Executive Director of Marketing at BTI, along with other senior officials from both organisations.
