BRAC Bank honours 68 colleagues under ‘Learning Luminaries Program 2025’
BRAC Bank has honoured 68 colleagues under its "Learning Luminaries Program 2025" for their contributions to training, learning and professional development across the bank.
The programme recognised colleagues who served as trainers, achieved academic excellence and supported the effective coordination of learning initiatives during 2025, according to the press release.
The honourees included 30 "Learning Architects", recognised for their contributions as trainers; 34 "Learning Champions", who secured first position in BIBM Foundation programmes; and four "Learning Enablers", acknowledged for coordinating learning initiatives within their respective divisions.
BRAC Bank said it remains committed to strengthening the capabilities of its employees by equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to enhance management capabilities and deliver improved customer service.
Speaking about the capacity-building initiative, BRAC Bank Managing Director and CEO Tareq Refat Ullah Khan said, "An organisation's ability to grow depends on how effectively its people continue to learn, share knowledge and develop one another."
"Our Learning Luminaries embody this spirit by turning individual expertise into collective capability. Their contributions are helping us build an agile, future-ready workforce equipped to serve our customers and advance the bank's long-term transformation," he added.
BRAC Bank Managing Director and CEO Tareq Refat Ullah Khan; Deputy Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer Monzula Morshed; Deputy Managing Director and Head of Branch Distribution Network Sheikh Mohammad Ashfaque; Deputy Managing Director and Head of ICC Abdullah Al Mamun; and other senior officials attended the programme.
Through initiatives such as Learning Luminaries, BRAC Bank said it continues to foster a workplace where colleagues learn from one another, develop new capabilities and contribute more effectively to the bank's long-term transformation and growth.
