Barça Academy kicks off summer soccer camps

Following unprecedented demand from learners and sports enthusiasts alike, the world-renowned Barça Academy is set to return to Dhaka again. This June, International School Dhaka (ISD) will host the summer camp, led by expert coaches from Barça Academy — the esteemed training arm of FC Barcelona.

The much-anticipated Barça Academy summer camp will commence at ISD on 22 June and conclude on 26 June. It will be led by Eric Benavides (Barça Coach) and Xavier Tarsà (Barça Coordinator), both of whom bring a wealth of experience in nurturing young talent and refining the skills of budding players.

Reflecting on last year's camp, Azaan Abdulla, a Year 7 student at ISD, shared, "After an amazing experience during the last summer camp, I'm looking forward to learning even more this time. Barcelona FC is known for its incredible dribbling and passing, and I want to develop those skills through this training camp. I have already registered for this year's summer camp."
