Bank Asia securities holds 15th Annual General Meeting
Bank Asia Securities Limited held its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 13 April 2026 at the Bank Asia PLC boardroom, Rangs Bhaban, Bijoy Sarani, Dhaka.
Presiding over the meeting was Romana Rouf Chowdhury, Chairman of Bank Asia Securities Limited.
The meeting was attended by directors Professor M Shahjahan Mina, Sohail R K Hussain, A N M Mahfuz, and Mohammad Ibrahim Khalil, FCA; and executives Sumon Das (CEO), Md Anisul Alam Sarker (Company Secretary), and Md Nahid Raza (Head of Finance).
